Position Overview
We are currently seeking a professional, experienced, and enthusiastic English teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering classes across a range of age groups, from very young learners to adults, with a significant focus on preparing students for Cambridge English exams (A2 to C1).
This is a fully contracted position in accordance with Spanish labour law, including paid holidays, contributions to the social security system, and the opportunity for long-term growth within the school.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, communicative lessons for children, teens, and adults

Prepare students for Cambridge English qualifications (Key, Preliminary, First, Advanced, Proficiency)

Monitor student progress and complete termly reports

Participate in school events, internal meetings, and ongoing professional development

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain teaching standards and materials

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
Essential:

Minimum of three years of English teaching experience

Proven experience in Cambridge English exam preparation (A2–C1)

Recognised TEFL/CELTA/TESOL qualification

Legal right to work in Spain

Strong classroom management and planning skills

Ability to teach a variety of age groups, including young learners and teens

Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
Desirable:

Experience with interactive and game-based teaching methodologies
